What CareCredit is

CareCredit is a credit card used specifically for health and dental costs. It is issued by Synchrony Bank rather than by us, and it can be used for treatment that insurance does not cover, or for your share of treatment that it partly covers.

We accept CareCredit at Madison Street Dental Clinic. You apply directly with CareCredit — approval and terms are set by them, not by our office.

Applying

You can apply online at carecredit.com, or ask our front desk and we will point you in the right direction. Many patients apply before a larger appointment so financing is already in place.

Read the terms

Promotional interest-free periods are common, but if a balance remains at the end of the promotional period, interest may be charged from the original purchase date. Read the terms CareCredit gives you carefully — those terms are between you and them.

If CareCredit is not the right fit, we also offer our own payment plans. Call us and we will find something workable.
