What we accept, what you pay, and when — set out plainly before you sit in the chair.
Insurance we accept
We accept most major dental insurance plans, including:
- MetLife
- Cigna
- Premera
- Delta Dental of WA
- Dentegra
- Delta Dental (IL, GA, CA)
- Guardian
- Regence
- GEHA
This list changes, so please call the office on 425-353-5854 to confirm your specific plan before your visit. For your convenience we submit claims on your behalf for most PPO dental insurance.
Payment options
- Card or check at the time of service.
- Cash — any credit balance is applied to your account for future treatment.
- Payment plans — for larger treatment we will work out a plan with you. See payment plans below.
- Cherry — pay over time in monthly instalments, with 0% APR plans available. See payment plans below.
- CareCredit — a health and dental credit card. See CareCredit.
Do I pay at the time of the visit?
If you are insured through one of our accepted providers, only your estimated portion is due at the time of service. Without insurance, payment is due at the time of service or according to your agreed payment plan.
Do you accept Medicare?
No. We do not accept Medicare. We do offer several payment options and are happy to go through them with you before your appointment rather than after.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Payment plans below sets out how they work, including the interest-free option.
No surprises
Before any significant treatment we give you a written estimate showing the total, what your insurance is expected to cover, and what you would owe. If something changes mid-treatment, we stop and talk to you first.

Larger treatment does not have to be paid for all at once.
How our plans work
For treatment that runs beyond a routine visit — implants, crowns, full restorative work — we will sit down with you and set out a schedule of payments rather than asking for the whole amount at the start.
Plans are arranged case by case, because the right structure depends on the treatment, your insurance, and what is realistic for you. There is no standard form to fit into.
Interest-free and longer-term options
We offer short-term interest-free financing, and longer-term financing with lower monthly payments where the total is larger. For third-party financing we work with Cherry and CareCredit, both of which can be used for dental expenses.
Paying over time with Cherry
Cherry splits the cost of treatment into monthly payments, with 0% APR plans available. Checking whether you qualify takes about a minute and does not involve a hard credit check, so it will not affect your credit score just to find out where you stand.
