Why choose us
The Madison Street difference.
Gentle, unhurried dentistry from a team that takes the time to examine properly and explain your options.
Superior care with a personal touch
Dr. Etemadi takes the time to understand each patient’s needs, concerns and goals, so every treatment plan is built around comfort, effectiveness and long-term oral health. His approach emphasizes prevention, patient education and minimally invasive techniques — the aim is a healthy, confident smile reached with as little anxiety and discomfort as possible.
You will see the same small team every visit: Dr. Etemadi, and Jackie Almeida, our hygienist, who has been in dentistry since 2014.
Unhurried, thorough exams
Your first appointment is a thorough exam, not a rushed once-over — full-mouth and panoramic X-rays, gums, older dental work, a head-and-neck exam with oral-cancer screening, and a cleaning. Then Dr. Etemadi walks you through what he found.
What your first visit looks like ›Care for the whole family
Children through grandparents, in one office. Twenty-two services under one roof means general, cosmetic and restorative care without being sent across town for routine work.
Family dentistry ›A comfortable visit
If cleanings have been hard on you before, say so. A slower pace, topical anesthetic and a gentler touch are ordinary requests here, not special treatment — and sedation is available when anxiety is the thing standing in the way.
Sedation dentistry ›Seen when it hurts
A broken tooth or a bad night of pain should not wait weeks. Call us and we make every attempt to see you within 24 hours, whether or not you have been here before.
Emergency dentist ›Our hours

Financial options
Most major dental plans, cash, card and check — plus payment plans, Cherry and CareCredit.
Financial info ›Dentistry built to last
Dr. Etemadi grew up in Woodinville, earned his undergraduate degree at Washington State University, and studied dentistry at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. He keeps current with new techniques and materials, and the practice holds memberships with the American Dental Association, the Washington State Dental Association, the Snohomish County Dental Society and the Seattle Study Club.
That shows up in the work. Crowns are scanned with a CEREC Primescan — no impression putty — then designed and milled here in the office, so one visit can end with the finished restoration rather than a temporary. Digital X-rays use a very low dose and show what an eye cannot: decay between teeth, bone levels, infection at the root.
And you will know the cost before it happens. We accept most major dental plans and submit claims on your behalf for most PPO plans, so only your estimated portion is due at the visit — and significant treatment always starts with a written estimate.
